Walter Thomas has served as an elder, pastor, professor and counselor of many years. He has been a professor at John
Wesley College and Carolina Evangelical Divinity School, teaching future pastors and Christian counselors. He has
been clinical director of Covenant Counseling Center and a licensed counselor using Biblical approaches to encourage
and to heal wounded brothers and sisters. He has pastored two churches and planted two others. He has also served
as teacher and administrator at two Christian universities. He is currently semi-retired while pursuing his writing
efforts, including a current book entitiled: The Fruits of Repentance. Segments of this new book will be published to
this site for public comment and review before the book goes to press. It will first be published online as an E-book.
Walter is married to Barbara and has five children and four grandchildren, and now makes his home
in Chandler, AZ and in the high country of Larimer County, Colorado.
Encouraging the restoration and revival of the church is not just a study, but a passion for Walter.
